  • Maintain property records and update the Name and Address Register (NAR)
  • Process valuation updates and land division changes to ensure rating data accuracy
  • Allocate street numbers and negotiate new street names with developers
  • Manage rate rebates, arrears, and payment arrangements in line with policy
  • Coordinate Section 7 and 187 certificates with internal teams
  • Create and maintain corporate records and creditor information

The successful applicant will have:

  • Administrative experience, ideally within a Local Government or property-related environment
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the Local Government Act 1999
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures with strong attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills and sound decision-making
  • A proactive, motivated attitude and commitment to delivering quality service to the community
